What the work is like

Small team, real deals, no layers between you and the work.

This is not a firm where you spend two years preparing materials for someone else's meeting. People here talk to owners, underwrite deals, and sit at closings. That means the learning curve is steep and the responsibility is real from early on.

We work across time zones, so some flexibility matters. What matters more is doing what you said you would do, on the day you said you would do it. That is the whole standard, and it is the reason clients send us the next deal.
